Refund Policy – Sanlivna


Thank you for shopping with Sanlivna. We aim to provide high-quality cosmetic products and a smooth customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please read the return and refund conditions below.



Returns


You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
 • New,
 • Unopened,
 • Unused,
 • In its original packaging,
 • And in a resellable condition.


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used cosmetic products.



Return Shipping Costs


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sanlivna does not cover or reimburse the cost of sending items back to us.


We strongly recommend using a tracked shipment, as we cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.



How to Request a Return


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sanlivna.com with:
 • Your full name
 • Your order number
 • The item(s) you wish to return
 • The reason for your request


Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note:
 • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
 • We cannot refund items that arrive damaged, opened, or used.



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sanlivna.com, with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost.
